How can we help?

Do I need to be a WAC member to create an account?
No. You can create a free website account to manage eligible bookings. A current Community, Professional or Partner membership unlocks member benefits and member event prices.
Which membership should I choose?
Community is for connection and core member benefits. Professional adds a public practitioner profile, subject to WAC’s checks. Partner includes Professional benefits and tools for hosting approved events.
How do I book an event?
Open the event, log in and continue in your dashboard. The booking screen shows the price, refund terms and payment method before you confirm.
How do I join an online event?
Confirmed attendees can open the event in their dashboard and use the joining link when it becomes available. WAC online events are delivered through Zoom. Joining links are not displayed publicly.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your confirmed and previous bookings are listed under My Bookings. Each booking includes its WAC ticket number and event details.
How are card payments handled?
Stripe securely processes card payments for WAC. WAC does not receive or store your full card number.
Can I cancel an event booking?
Yes, when cancellation is available. The event page shows the exact refund due before you confirm. Once Stripe accepts a refund, WAC records the refund reference and emails the details to you. Banks can take several working days to show the credit.
Where are my receipts and invoices?
Open Membership & Billing in your dashboard to view payment records and available invoices or receipts.
Who can see my profile information?
You control directory visibility and the contact details you publish. Protected contact details require a visitor to reveal them and are not written directly into the public page.
How do I protect my account?
Use a unique password and enable two-factor authentication in Account Settings. WAC will never ask you to share your password or authentication code.
What if I still need help?
Contact WAC and include the event title or ticket number where relevant. Signed-in members can also use Help & Support in the dashboard.
